We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from bareminerals.co.uk that do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is still in its original condition. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges. When sending us your item/s, please keep a ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot accept liability for missing returns.

Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item/s returned.
