We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from lauramercier.co.uk that do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is still in its original condition. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges.

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit in a saleable condition. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will also not be accepted for refund. Please allow up to 10-15 business days from the date of the return shipment to receive your refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns. When sending us your item/s, please keep a ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot accept liability for missing returns. We regret that we cannot make exchanges at this time.

Items purchased on LauraMercier.co.uk cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Laura Mercier Cosmetics.
